What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can use my customer service and client communication experience. I’m based in Paris and set up to work remotely in the CET time zone.

At Light for the World, I was the first point of contact for donors by phone, email, and post. I handled 20–100 enquiries a day depending on campaign season, as well as around five letters a week.

I recorded and managed donations and donor data in Sextant CRM, including corrections, cancellations, and updates. I also drafted and processed thank-you letters and acknowledgements directly in the CRM.

At Bakery Geier, I provided customer service and sales in a high-traffic bakery, including cash handling. As a receptionist at an ophthalmology practice, I welcomed patients, scheduled appointments, and provided administrative support.

After relocating to Paris, I completed French language courses and reached B1. I’m a native German speaker, fluent in English, and based in Paris with a remote setup in the CET time zone.
