I’m looking for a role where I can own full-cycle talent acquisition and HR operations—using ATS, sourcing, and stakeholder partnerships—to speed up hiring, improve candidate experience, and keep onboarding, policies, and payroll running smoothly.

I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Manager with 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across 30+ tech stacks and business functions. I lead end-to-end hiring using Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing, manage ATS workflows, and partner closely with stakeholders to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Across my roles, I’ve built and led recruiting teams, strengthened recruiting interns through training, and streamlined onboarding/offboarding while overseeing core HR functions like employee relations, HR policy enforcement, and payroll administration.
