I’m looking to lead global talent acquisition for technical teams, using data-driven hiring and ATS-optimized workflows. I want a role where I can partner with leadership, improve time-to-hire and candidate experience, and build scalable recruiting processes.

I’m a Talent Acquisition and HR professional with extensive experience leading global recruitment for SaaS, GTM, and operations teams. I align hiring strategies with business goals through workforce planning, stakeholder partnership, and data-driven recruitment insights.

As a Recruitment Manager, I lead end-to-end hiring across engineering (PHP, iOS, .NET), ML/AI, QA, Salesforce, cloud operations, systems, and support functions. I optimize Workable ATS and hiring workflows to improve pipeline visibility, reporting accuracy, and compliance—backed by weekly recruitment dashboards that give executives clear time-to-hire and funnel metrics. I also mentor and manage the recruitment team to strengthen candidate experience and a performance-driven hiring culture.

Previously at 2iQ Research, I led full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for technical and business roles, introducing advanced ATS workflows and standardized interview frameworks to improve efficiency and decision quality. I strengthened HR operations through an employee concern ticketing system, streamlined payroll via an integrated HRIS, and partnered with leadership on HR policies, compliance, and workforce planning. I delivered HR analytics and market benchmarking insights to support retention and smarter hiring decisions.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an HR Consultant & Master Trainer and HR Manager—supporting contact centers across US/UK/UAE operations and building structured hiring, onboarding, and continuous training programs. I scaled teams from 8 to 35 employees, expanded HR operations into additional locations with standardized processes, and delivered large-scale training and career development initiatives (200+ sessions; 300+ students). My approach stays consistent: define clear requirements and volume forecasts, build strong pipelines, and ensure smooth onboarding that protects both quality and candidate experience.
