At People Perfect, I manage full-cycle IT and tech recruitment for 5–10 concurrent requisitions, screening 100–200 candidates monthly and maintaining a 2–4 week average time-to-fill.
I've closed high-priority roles for Huawei, Colgate-Palmolive, US and UK startups, and Dubai-based clients. I recruit across Full-Stack, Node.js, Angular, .NET, AWS/DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Mobile, Data, Database, Telecom, and broader IT roles.
I build targeted pipelines through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, GitHub, job boards, social outreach, and referrals. I partner with hiring managers on requirements and sourcing strategy, coordinate interviews remotely, and guide candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding.
