I’m looking to lead end-to-end technical recruiting, improve hiring efficiency through ATS/HRIS and KPI-driven strategy, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality, timely hires—while strengthening candidate experience and employer branding.

I’m a results-driven Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Lead, and HR Specialist with 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, technical talent acquisition, and HR operations. I’ve demonstrated success closing 25 positions within 1.5 months and delivering 500+ hires across multiple organizations.

I lead end-to-end hiring for technical and business roles—sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding—while building strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. I partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and develop targeted hiring strategies, then track KPIs like time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness.
