I’m looking for a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder role where I can own full-cycle cross-border hiring, improve recruitment workflows/ATS, and drive measurable employee engagement—working with autonomy while staying strong on compliance.

I’m a Talent Acquisition & HR professional with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and HR operations experience across Pakistan, the UAE, India, and international markets. I consistently close 25–50+ roles annually—spanning technical, non-technical, and C-suite hiring (CEO, CFO)—while co-designing recruitment workflows and leading quality assurance for an in-house Applicant Tracking System.

I partner directly with board members on executive searches and run cross-border recruitment across distributed time zones, ensuring a smooth and transparent candidate experience. Using HRIS and recruitment metrics, I identify process improvements that strengthen employee engagement and support a transparent, high-performance culture.

Beyond hiring, I handle HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and structured feedback loops, with engagement tracking that informs targeted people and training initiatives. I also work closely on compliance—drafting and reviewing local and international employment contracts to align with Pakistan and UAE labor law—and I’m currently pursuing SHRM-CP certification.
