I'm looking for a long-term remote role where deep customer support expertise is valued as a career, with ownership of client-facing work, async collaboration, and opportunities to support customers and help teams succeed.

I've supported 2,000+ accommodation units across calls, email, and live chat while coordinating maintenance, leasing, and guest-services teams to resolve issues quickly.

Across remote client operations, I manage GoHighLevel pipelines, deadlines, WordPress content updates, automated email sequences, landing pages, and progress reporting with zero direct supervision. I use Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini daily for research, reporting, documentation, and workflow automation, and built a Claude Code portfolio site with a live AI chatbot.

Previously, I led operations at Leagenda BPO and progressed from customer service representative to campaign supervisor at GlobalSync Business Solutions, coaching agents, tracking performance, and protecting service quality. I'm looking for a long-term home where deep customer support expertise is valued as a career.
