I’m a motivated, detail-oriented commerce graduate who enjoys turning problems into solutions through clear communication and organized follow-through. I’ve focused my early career on customer-facing work while building a foundation in accountancy and financial discipline.

In my role as a Customer Care Executive for 8 Months at Q Conneqt, I handled inbound and outbound customer queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of issues. I maintained accurate records of customer interactions, followed up to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborated with the team to meet daily targets while upholding service quality standards.

My commerce background—Accountancy (Honours)—strengthens how I approach work: I’m comfortable with accountancy, financial recordkeeping, and core commerce fundamentals. I also work confidently with MS Office (Word, Excel) and have basic internet & email operations skills to support efficient day-to-day execution.

Beyond technical abilities, I bring strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and time management. I consistently build myself through reading on finance and personal growth, and I’ve developed patience and process-focused creativity through culinary arts—qualities I’m ready to bring into a dynamic team that values growth.
