At Oxyzo, I lead co-lending personal-loan and customer lifecycle initiatives, including integrations with co-lending partners supporting business worth 1000+ crore. I digitized FLDG management, launched RBI-compliant escalation workflows, improved post-login loan journeys, and built support-bot intelligence that reduced query resolution from 4–5 hours to about two minutes.
Previously, I built campaign automation and CMS infrastructure for BidAssist, recommendation engines and ERP modules for OfBusiness, and lending, onboarding, payout, API, and RPA workflows at SquareYards. I focus on turning complex operational processes into scalable customer experiences, reducing processing time, errors, and engineering dependency.
