At Freecharge I iterated the Financial Securities App to improve onboarding for 300K+ active users and built the Commercial Lending product from scratch, generating $20.2M in revenue while expanding the portfolio from 1 to 10 offerings; I also led API integrations and ensured RBI/SEBI compliance.

Previously at PhonePe and GigIndia I launched an Aggregator platform and workforce app, migrated 600K+ monthly messages into a new CMS chat feature, and automated QA to review 90% of calls—reducing costs by 85% and speeding feedback by two days.
