I’m looking to lead fintech product and delivery initiatives end-to-end—owning roadmaps, integrations, UAT, and rollouts—while partnering with CXOs to improve lending operations, compliance, and customer journeys through data-driven decisions.

I’m a results-driven Product & Projects leader with 6+ years delivering end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects in lending/fintech. I manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives—from requirements and vendor evaluation through API integration, UAT, and PAN India rollouts—while keeping CXO stakeholders aligned on roadmaps.

At Easy Home Finance, I’ve owned delivery across Credit, Operations, Collections, and Compliance, led a Data Management System go-live, and revamped a consumer website across 6+ loan verticals. I’ve also built practical tooling and automation (Claude/Copilot) plus delivered integrations such as NACH/UPI mandate setups, CERSAI charge creation, NeSL digital agreements, CIBIL Watch alerts, and Account Aggregator monitoring—improving operational efficiency, compliance readiness, and decisioning through dashboards and workflow modules.
