In my current role as a Team Leader for TIMES OF INDIA Process, I manage a team to achieve sales targets and customer service goals. I also conduct training sessions and performance reviews, resolve customer escalations, and report/analyze team performance to keep service quality consistently high.

Previously, as Sales Head at Balaji Industries, I led marketing strategies and regional sales operations—managing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and MNC clients, planning product promotions, and ensuring market competitiveness. Before that, as a Sales Executive at Adinath Infrastructure, I achieved monthly sales targets through lead generation and follow-ups, helped shape sales strategies, and provided strong service support.
