I am a motivated digital forensics student and aspiring IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience providing tier 1 desktop and end-user support across diverse environments. I have supported large user bases and assisted with imaging, inventory, and office IT infrastructure to maintain functional workspaces.

My coursework and projects include designing and implementing complete network infrastructures, configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, and performing network performance analysis and troubleshooting to ensure secure, efficient operation.

I have practical experience with help desk ticketing systems, assembling and disassembling desktop computers, and implementing data integrity and security measures. I have also used digital forensics tools such as Magnet AXIOM, FTK, and Cellebrite and applied write blockers to create forensic copies for investigative work.

I am eager to apply my technical skills in Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms, Active Directory, remote support, Microsoft Azure, and Wireshark in an entry-level IT role where I can continue learning, contribute to operational reliability, and support organizational security.
