I'm seeking remote or hybrid opportunities in IT support, systems operations, technical support, help desk, computer engineering, infrastructure support, customer-facing technology, or general technical operations.

In my current Computer Engineer / Systems Support Specialist role, I support desktops, laptops, operating systems, productivity applications, connectivity, and user access. I configure Windows workstations and support Microsoft 365, LAN/Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.

As a Junior Computer Engineer / IT Support Technician, I provided first-line support and assisted with device deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and connectivity checks. I document troubleshooting and resolutions, and follow requests through resolution or escalation.
