What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support opportunity where I can apply troubleshooting, data accuracy, and digital systems experience while continuing to grow my networking, Windows, and cybersecurity skills.

I'm transitioning into IT after supporting high-volume digital workflows at Target, where I processed transactions, managed customer requests, resolved issues, and maintained inventory accuracy through system updates and stock verification.

In independent data support projects, I entered and validated healthcare-related student and administrative records, maintained 99%+ accuracy, and corrected inconsistencies to improve data quality. I also managed digital assets, revisions, and deliverables for a DreamWorks academic partnership project.

I'm completing the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and building practical knowledge of Windows, networking, troubleshooting, cybersecurity fundamentals, PowerShell, and Wireshark.
