What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level help desk or technical support role where I can apply hands-on troubleshooting, customer communication, and home lab experience while building toward SOC analyst work.

I'm transitioning from plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and collision repair into IT support, bringing years of hands-on diagnostics, repairs, documentation, and customer communication.

In my home lab, I've built Windows and Linux virtual machines with basic network segmentation, configured Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu systems, and practiced PC builds, hardware diagnostics, PowerShell, VirtualBox, and Wireshark packet analysis.

I'm studying for CompTIA Security+, A+, and Network+ while documenting cybersecurity fundamentals, detection theory, and threat-hunting concepts in my GitHub infosec-workbench repository. I'm pursuing an entry-level help desk or technical support role with a long-term path toward SOC analyst work.
