I automate repetitive work with macros and scripts for file and text management, and refine workflows so issues are less likely to recur. My work includes managing project responsibilities and deadlines while adapting to quality needs and specific client requests.
I train individuals and teams and lead the department with support and innovation. Earlier, I worked in IT administration, computer servicing and sales, customer service, and administration.
