@sylvanussekpey
IT Support Specialist at Consolidated Bank Ghana who resolved a branch outage caused by DHCP failure and supports enterprise systems.
GhanaWhat I'm looking for
At Consolidated Bank Ghana, I supported users, workstations, network-connected equipment, and technology operations across branch and head-office locations. I resolved a recurring branch outage by identifying a DHCP failure that caused endpoints to receive self-assigned 169.x.x.x addresses.
I also deployed and re-imaged workstations, supported endpoint security, and tracked incidents in ServiceDesk Plus. I'm building toward a career in cybersecurity through certification and hands-on lab practice, including a Windows Server environment with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
