What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead people strategy, HR transformation, and scalable end-to-end HR operations while partnering with business leaders to strengthen talent, culture, performance, and employee experience.

I've led end-to-end HR transformation and people operations at Casio India, Ocrolus East, and Uneecops Group, partnering with CXOs to align workforce strategy, performance, rewards, compliance, and employee experience with business growth.

At Casio India, I reduced attrition to 7% through targeted retention, engagement, and Total Rewards interventions while leading HR operations for approximately 539 direct and third-party payroll employees. I also rebuilt HR policies and governance SOPs, drove lifecycle automation and reporting, and established the POSH framework.

Previously, I built HR functions across four legal entities at Uneecops, scaled headcount from 250 to 1,000+, supported acquisition and restructuring integration, and implemented Hire-to-Retire HRMS systems three times. I bring hands-on ownership across hiring, payroll, PMS, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and organization development.
