I’m looking for an HR leadership role where I can own end-to-end HR operations and compliance, build high-performing teams, strengthen employee engagement, and partner with the C-suite to turn people strategy into measurable business results.

I’m an HR Manager with 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end people operations, organizational development, and compliance across manufacturing, technology, and consulting. I bring a practical, process-first approach to building teams and aligning HR strategy with business objectives.

In my current role, I lead organizational development by establishing structure and hierarchy to improve communication and efficiency. I manage recruitment strategy and help grow high-performing teams of 90+ employees, while partnering with senior management on policy formulation, team building, and organizational strategy.
