I’m looking for a senior People/HR role where I can lead global HR operations and employee relations, standardise frameworks across regions, and partner with leadership to improve compliance, performance management, and employee experience.

I’m a senior HR leader with 12+ years driving People Strategy, HR Operations, and Employee Relations across EMEA and APAC. I partner with senior stakeholders to align people priorities to commercial objectives—building scalable HR functions, standardising global frameworks, and ensuring consistent execution across diverse regulatory environments.

In my current role as a Senior Manager, I design and deliver people strategies spanning organisational design, workforce planning, and talent calibration across 20+ countries. I’ve driven end-to-end performance management cycles—goal setting, mid-year reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning—while maintaining strong governance, participation, and on-time submission rates.

I’ve led large-scale organisational restructuring and redundancy processes across multiple jurisdictions, managing consultation requirements, notice obligations, and severance to ensure labour law compliance. I’ve also managed complex ER casework, including disciplinary processes, PIPs, harassment/misconduct investigations, grievance handling, flexi/hybrid working requests, and exit management—partnering with Legal and Global ER teams to reach fair and legally compliant outcomes.

My approach blends deep labour law expertise with operational excellence in HRIS and audit readiness. I standardise onboarding and offboarding guidance, oversee PEO/EOR management where no direct entity exists, and use data-driven HR analytics and case trend reporting to help leadership proactively reduce systemic people risk and improve the employee experience.
