I’m a transformative HR leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling people functions across India and 9+ global markets. I translate business strategy into practical, measurable people outcomes—from board-ready workforce analytics to high-trust, high-velocity HR operations.

I’ve built and led high-performing HR teams and governance frameworks, including digital transformation with AI integration in core HR processes. At Celebal Technologies, I scaled the business from ~₹75 Cr revenue and 1,000 employees to ₹400+ Cr and 2,500+ employees—without a proportional HR headcount increase—by strengthening automation, governance, and team capability.

I own multi-country employee lifecycle management with an emphasis on zero major statutory violations and strong documentation. I’ve also led global HR operating model design across 9+ countries, supported market entry readiness (Qatar and KSA), and delivered investor due diligence with board-ready visibility into payroll, liabilities, employee cost structures, and risk provisioning.

My approach blends financial stewardship and technology: I managed a ₹400 Cr Compensation & Benefits portfolio, delivered ₹10+ Cr in cost savings, and reduced gratuity liability from ₹8 Cr to ₹68 Lac through compensation and benefits restructuring. I’ve launched AI-powered payroll anomaly detection, implemented DarwinBox HRMS, integrated tools like Zoho Sign and Happay, and contributed to ISO 27001 (ISMS) readiness—always balancing strategic partnership with on-ground execution.
