I’m targeting roles aligned with Head of People, Director HR, People & Culture Leader, HR Transformation Leader, or HR Business Partnering Head.

At Komax Automation India Pvt. Ltd., I lead the HR and People & Culture function across India, GCC, and Sri Lanka, partnering with Komax Switzerland HQ and local leaders. I’m helping establish and scale the Komax Application Centre in Gurgaon and CoDE in Pune, and building people practices aligned with business priorities.
