What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior HR role where I can drive organizational capability, strengthen workforce stability, scale HR operations, and use people analytics to support long-term business growth.

I've led end-to-end HR operations at Alchemy Business Intelligence and Insights, supporting multiple business units through employee lifecycle management, performance management, payroll governance, HRMS implementation, and executive HR dashboards.

I translate headcount, attrition, and employee movement data into actionable leadership insights. I also lead and mentor HR teams, having managed teams of three and five professionals while supporting high-volume operations of 600+ employees.

Across BPO, industrial, and corporate environments, I've strengthened retention, employee relations, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, learning programs, succession planning, and government liaison.
