I'm looking for a remote-ready customer service or sales support role where I can engage customers, resolve concerns, generate qualified opportunities, and contribute through strong communication, empathy, and CRM-driven workflow.

At Insurance Supermarket Incorporated, I handled high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls, addressed product and account inquiries, and promoted products to identify sales opportunities.

I build trust with business decision-makers and individual customers, handle objections, set appointments, generate leads, and manage pipelines.
