What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer success and account management for German-speaking DACH clients, using consultative lifecycle strategies, CRM data, and cross-functional collaboration to improve retention, engagement, and account growth.

At FXCM, I managed 40–50 German-speaking DACH client accounts, each averaging approximately €16,000 in portfolio value. I built tailored account strategies, drove onboarding through expansion, and sustained retention rates of 35–40%.

I led and coached a 12-person Customer Success and Account Management team, using regular 1:1s, reviews, and KPI-focused coaching to improve service quality and performance.

Previously at FxPro, I owned end-to-end relationships for German-speaking clients, from onboarding and account development to issue resolution. I used proactive, consultative communication and customer insights to improve engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

I work closely with product, compliance, and marketing teams, using Salesforce, HubSpot, account-health data, and CRM reporting to deliver better customer experiences across the DACH market.
