I’m a customer-focused professional who learned to perform under pressure while delivering top-notch service at a luxury all-inclusive hotel, including VIP guest support. That day-to-day experience taught me how to communicate clearly, build relationships, and solve issues fast.

Today, I’m building commercial momentum as a Salesperson/Entrepreneur at Axiom Athlete.co, creating a partnership business and serving as a primary salesperson. I focus on customer profiling and on mapping products to the ideal customer profile, including making my first sale.

I’m also expanding my customer-success foundation through a B2B Customer Success Management certification, and I bring strengths in strategic planning, data analysis, conflict resolution, and organization. I’m actively pursuing remote work as a Customer Success Manager or Associate where I can combine sales thinking with measurable customer value.
