What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service and customer-care focused professional with experience in support, sales, and appointment setting. My goal has always been to resolve issues effectively while building lasting relationships through strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer care.
I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica (May 16 to October 2017), then expanded into revenue-focused roles including Outbound Sales Representative (GGCC Solutions), Lead Generation (MJ Solutions), and Home and Auto Insurance (RJ Solutions), with work conducted through WFH setups. I also served as an Appointment Setter/Telesales professional at Telesales Solutions (May 2024 to January 2025).
