I’m an IT professional with 5+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure, systems administration, and desktop environments across enterprise and government settings. I bring strong subject-matter expertise in LAN/WAN administration, remote access, and security policy enforcement, with a steady focus on keeping services secure, available, and audit-ready.

In my current role as an IT Support Officer, I diagnose and resolve application, access, and database-related issues alongside infrastructure incidents to maintain consistent application and network availability. I actively monitor system performance, plan capacity, verify backup and disaster recovery processes, and compile operational and availability reports for audit officials—helping improve the clarity and reliability of IT reporting used in audit reviews.

Across my previous Network Operations and IT Support Technician experience, I supported enterprise networks to sustain LAN/WAN availability, restored services within agreed SLA timeframes, and performed root cause analysis on Microsoft 365, DNS, and connectivity incidents to reduce recurring issues. I also enforce firewall controls and network access policies, coordinate change delivery with teams and vendors to avoid unplanned disruption, and translate technical findings into clear guidance for auditors and non-technical stakeholders. I’m currently expanding my security expertise through CompTIA Security+.
