I’m a Project & Operations Manager with hands-on experience leading remote team members, managing workflows, and building systems that keep operations organized and predictable.

My background includes people management, project coordination, and operations support, with a strong focus on designing and maintaining Notion and Airtable systems, SOPs, dashboards, and internal documentation.

I’ve led and coordinated small remote teams, set clear KPIs, reviewed output quality, and handled day-to-day task prioritization to keep projects moving on schedule. I’m comfortable working closely with leadership, translating high-level goals into clear tasks, timelines, and processes.
