I've led product strategy and delivery for multi-sided commerce, FinTech, and SaaS platforms at FINVIET Technology, Haravan, and startup subsidiaries of PIGROUP and ONPOINT. At FINVIET, I grew registered users from 160K to 320K+, MAU from 20K to 90K+, retained merchants from 20K to 75K+, and monthly transactions from 150K to 350K+.
I turn complex business models into scalable customer, sales, merchant, and back-office products, partnering with founders, executives, engineering, design, QA, and operations teams. I'm especially interested in applying AI—from computer vision and chatbots to LLM and RAG pipelines—to accelerate product development, improve operations, and create useful digital experiences.
