Tôi tìm vai trò Product Owner nơi được dẫn dắt AI-native, data-driven Product Management, định hình chiến lược & roadmap, quản trị backlog và đo lường bằng dữ liệu; đồng thời xây dựng đội BA/UX để đưa sản phẩm ra thị trường hiệu quả.

Tôi là Product Owner / Product Manager với hơn 12 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành công nghệ, trong đó hơn 7 năm trực tiếp dẫn dắt sản phẩm và quản lý đội ngũ PO/BA/UX. Tôi xây dựng và vận hành sản phẩm trên Product Strategy Roadmap, OKRs & KPIs cho nhiều lĩnh vực như AI, HRTech, ERP, CRM/CDP, HRM và Enterprise Software.
