What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own HR operations and talent acquisition, improve hiring speed, strengthen employee relations, and drive performance through measurable KPI dashboards and continuous learning programs.

I’m a Senior HR Generalist with 8+ years of experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, and HR operations. I’ve built results by reducing recruitment cycle time by 78% and improving performance appraisal rates from 73% to 82%.

In my HR roles at Tayyebat S.A.R.L, MAC Holdings, GSC Company, and others, I’ve led end-to-end hiring—from screening 2,000+ CVs and scheduling 350+ interviews, to virtual interviewing and remote onboarding.
