I also coordinate HR documentation for NSSF, MOF, and external auditors to ensure HR compliance, and I support compensation-related activities like salary benchmarking and payroll changes. I further strengthened hiring and candidate experience through full-cycle recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding ownership, and participation in annual performance review and goal-setting cycles, while supporting visa and residency processes in collaboration with local partners.
