What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead product and engineering operations where I can own the operating model, accelerate release delivery, and institutionalize enterprise AI adoption—turning experiments into durable workflow systems that improve migration reliability and business outcomes.

I have a deep passion for aligning strategy with execution across teams and organizations to drive meaningful impact and deliver greater business value.

Throughout my career, I've been drawn to businesses at pivotal moments of rapid growth, operational complexity, transformation, and strategic change. Whether building companies from the ground up, modernizing enterprise SaaS platforms, or helping private equity-backed businesses navigate critical inflection points, my focus has stayed the same: create clarity, align teams around outcomes, and deliver measurable results.

My career has moved intentionally across operations, program management, product, engineering, and executive leadership. That breadth is what lets me connect strategy with execution; translating board-level objectives into operating models, technology investments, and teams that deliver.

Most recently, as President & General Manager of a private equity-backed SaaS business, I lead operations, product, engineering, and customer delivery while partnering directly with ownership and the Board on company direction, financial performance, and long-term value creation. Recent work includes a full enterprise platform modernization, a large-scale customer migration with retention above industry norms, engineering velocity taken from monthly releases to weekly, and an operating-model redesign returning seven figures a year to the bottom line.

Earlier in my career, I've built and scaled PMOs, led cross-functional teams of 30 to 100 across multi-million-dollar portfolios, and took businesses from concept through commercialization. Those years reinforced a lesson I keep with me: sustainable results come from building systems and leaders, not simply solving today's problem.

Artificial intelligence has become another core focus the past few years. Beyond implementing tools, I've led enterprise-wide AI adoption that embeds AI into daily operations; automating knowledge work, improving decision-making, and increasing delivery velocity across every business function, not just engineering.

Colleagues know me as a calm yet tenacious, data-driven leader who enjoys hard problems, develops leaders, and builds cultures where accountability and execution are table stakes. I believe leadership is measured less by individual accomplishments than by the capability an organization keeps after you've led it.
