Defined and sequenced MVP delivery for an early-stage SaaS startup, aligning stakeholders on phased releases with clear scope and milestones. Built end-to-end operations, including internal process documentation, team build-out (Support/Marketing/Design), and AI-first workflow automation to increase small-team throughput.

Led multi-quarter monolith-to-microservices transformation, proposing strategy, securing VP alignment, and decomposing the codebase by product domain to remove the core deployment bottleneck and unblock parallel delivery. Rolled out company-wide KPI/OKR frameworks and launched the Product Portfolio Board that now governs the 7-product bundle.

Built the PMO from zero—creating processes, templates, and delivery rituals—to establish the operational chassis for hyper-growth. Authored the Engineering Career Level Matrix and contributed to scaling operations from 30 to 500+ employees (16x) while sustaining 100%+ YoY growth to unicorn-valued SaaS status.

Owned end-to-end customer relationships for enterprise DMS clients, triaging and prioritizing tickets and orchestrating engineering resources to deliver scheduled fixes and features. Maintained CI/CD and built automation to compare production systems vs NSTS (ingestion/parsing/diffing) to improve release accuracy, while handling critical production issues remotely.

Developed full-stack features for PanTime using .NET, Java, and Spring Boot, and contributed to multiple e-learning web applications. Designed and shipped an Android quiz app with secure data capture to MS SQL Server.

Earned a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology at the Technical School of Professional Studies in Novi Sad.
