I’m an AI transformation leader who turns emerging AI capabilities into practical workflows, operating mechanisms, training systems, and measurable business impact. At Amazon, I lead AI enablement work focused on moving large teams from tool exposure to applied adoption through use case libraries, governance mechanisms, workflow integration, and adoption measurement.
I’ve built and scaled adoption and transformation programs across enterprise environments—credentialed as an Amazon AI Bar Raiser and serving as AI Champion for the AI for Me program. I architect enterprise-scale AI operational transformation across a 20,000+ program manager organization, designing frameworks that improve scalability, execution velocity, compliance readiness, and workflow-level adoption.
