Founded and built an end-to-end AI automation system for real-estate lead-to-cash, owning strategy, product, architecture, and engineering. Architected an event-driven pipeline to respond to inbound leads within 60 seconds and integrated responsible AI governance with guardrails and auditability.

Stood up AI enablement and literacy programs end-to-end, including training docs, prompt libraries, and office hours, driving adoption from a pilot to broader coverage. Operationalized generative AI into daily workflows and embedded responsible AI governance and guardrails while tracking adoption and business impact against KPIs.

Led product strategy for a top-grossing global live franchise, partnering daily across Data Science, Engineering, Design, Finance, and Marketing. Ran telemetry-driven A/B experiments and incubated ML-assisted tooling with defined success metrics and evaluation criteria from concept to production.

Partnered with product and BI/design leadership to turn telemetry into executive-ready narratives that informed prioritization and cross-functional alignment. Aligned design, engineering, and live-ops on launches by translating technical constraints into business-facing trade-offs for leadership.

Designed and executed change-management and enablement for new operator tooling across regional teams, including training, SOPs, and active feedback loops to drive and sustain adoption. Owned end-to-end delivery from discovery to scale and authored reusable pilot-to-scale playbooks adopted by other teams.
