I’m a results-oriented professional transitioning into SaaS Sales Development and Customer Success. I bring experience in customer coordination, outbound calling, investigations, reporting, workflow management, stakeholder communication, and administrative operations.
In my current role in private investigation and administration management, I conduct insurance claim investigations, field verifications, and information gathering. I coordinate with clients, customers, and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality, and I manage reporting workflows, documentation, case updates, and operational processes. I also resolve customer concerns and operational escalations professionally and prepare detailed investigation reports and summaries.
Earlier, I supported outreach and engagement by conducting 50–60 outbound calls daily, qualifying prospects, maintaining follow-up communication, and updating records with clear activity logs. I’m hands-on with Salesforce CRM workflows—lead management, prospect qualification, pipeline updates—and I understand SDR processes like prospecting, outreach, qualification, and appointment setting, plus basic SaaS concepts such as MRR, churn, and conversion funnels.
