What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer service, patient services, medical administrative, or healthcare support position where I can support high-volume patient communication, scheduling, insurance, billing, and confidential healthcare workflows.

I've supported patients and clinical teams at Green Physical Therapy, The Joint Chiropractic, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, La Peer Pediatrics, and Tower Saint John’s Imaging. I manage high-volume phone, email, chat, scheduling, insurance, payment, and documentation workflows while protecting confidential information.

At Tower Saint John’s Imaging, I processed 50+ patient check-ins and handled 60+ inbound and outbound calls daily, using EPIC to schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars. At Green Physical Therapy, I managed 40+ daily patient interactions, verified insurance eligibility and authorizations, processed payments, and coordinated communication among providers, insurers, and patients.

I bring a calm, organized approach to patient support, escalations, billing questions, and cross-department coordination. I’m comfortable using EHR/EMR systems, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
