What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a leadership role where I can strengthen behavioral health programs, crisis services, regulatory compliance, staff development, and client outcomes through collaborative operations, training, quality improvement, and compassionate community-centered care.

At TW Outreach/Restart, I manage operations for a 24-hour crisis receiving center, including crisis stabilization, mobile response, MHSS, and an IOP program in development. I create stakeholder communication strategies, oversee schedules and performance requirements, audit clinical documentation, and coordinate care across psychiatrists, providers, pharmacies, and MCOs.

Across Helping Hands, ATIBA Intervention Services, Virginia Family Services, and Brothers' Keeper, I have led behavioral health programs, utilization review, Medicaid audit readiness, corrective action planning, quality improvement, and clinical operations. I have conducted biopsychosocial assessments, developed treatment plans, facilitated individual and group therapy, and supported crisis response for children, adults, families, and veterans.

I build training programs for onboarding and continued education using instructional design, adult learning theory, e-learning, virtual learning, and instructor-led materials. I also hire, onboard, coach, supervise, and develop clinical teams while maintaining quality, HIPAA compliance, and regulatory standards.

I bring a community-centered approach shaped by nonprofit work, ministry leadership, social justice engagement, and pastoral care. I am completing a Master of Divinity and continue to support people through counseling, education, outreach, and compassionate care.
