What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my training expertise in mental health, foster collaborative environments, and contribute to impactful programs that support diverse populations.

I am a dynamic and empathetic mental health professional with over 5 years of experience in clinical and academic settings. My journey has been defined by a commitment to creating engaging, evidence-based training programs that promote skill acquisition and behavioral change across diverse learner populations. I hold certifications as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer and an ANSA/CANS TCOM Trainer, which reflect my dedication to enhancing mental health awareness and support.

In my current role as a Clinical Trainer at Behavioral Health Response, I design and deliver training sessions for both clinical and non-clinical staff. My focus on crisis response and client-centered engagement has allowed me to create impactful training content that meets the needs of our teams. Additionally, my experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Auburn University Montgomery has further honed my skills in curriculum design and student engagement, ensuring that I effectively convey psychological concepts to my students.
