What I'm looking for

I am seeking clinical leadership or senior clinical roles where I can apply evidence-based therapies, supervise clinicians, lead program improvement, and serve veterans and diverse communities.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience across Veterans Health Administration clinical practice, community mental health, child welfare, and faith-based counseling. I combine clinical assessment, evidence-based therapies, and program management to improve patient outcomes and care transitions.

My background includes MSW training with a clinical internship, advanced practice GS-12 work at the Phoenix VA with awards for outstanding contribution, and roles as an adjunct professor and clinical screener. I have led program design, quality improvement, and supervisory responsibilities in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.

I value evidence-based treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and serving diverse populations including veterans and children. I am registered in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and have experience with program evaluation, outreach, and clinical supervision.
