At Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD), I built and implemented the hospital’s first Youth SBIRT program in a pediatric Level I Trauma Center. I translated evidence-based requirements into policy, workflows, referral processes, staff guidance, and training.

At the U.S. Marine Corps, I evaluated prevention programs, developed policies and curricula, and delivered more than 500 briefings, workshops, and prevention activities. I also coordinated program execution with approximately 80 Marines, 2 Sailors, and 2 civilian personnel, and briefed senior military leaders on findings and recommended actions.
