Renegotiated custom requirements of Enterprise clients in favor of a scalable product roadmap and supported the sales department in the shift to a SaaS model. Led a fully remote team of 8 across multiple countries with agile workflows.

Headed HR, PMO, accounting, consulting and operations for teams of 4 to 25 people in a company with approximately €3.8 million in revenue. Recovered approximately €100K in unbilled revenue and led ISO 27001 certification in 7 months.

Provided GDPR consulting for client companies, including documentation, legal framework, periodic audits, policy reviews, and handling of DSAR requests and data breaches.

Founded the IPCO department for international project coordination, including contract registration, skill-based resource allocation and progress monitoring. Turned internal know-how on the proprietary 2B Advice PrIME management software into online training and a sellable service.

Managed VAT and Intrastat compliance for Italy, Spain and Portugal and acted as the interface between clients and international tax authorities.

Completed the European Coaching and NLP Program, an ICF-certified coaching school, from May to October 2026.

Earned an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Brighton from 2012 to 2013.

Earned a Master's Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Padua from 2009 to 2012.

Earned a Bachelor's Degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology from the University of Padua from 2005 to 2009.

Holds CIPP/E and CIPM certifications in privacy and data protection from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
