What I'm looking for

Head of Operations, General Manager or fractional COO role in a founder-led B2B services or technology company. Based in Rome: on-site or hybrid in Rome/Lazio, or remote with working hours inside 07:00-22:00 CET (Europe, UK, Middle East, Africa). Open to permanent, fixed-term or contractor (Partita IVA).

At Nordic Defender AB, I built the operating system from the company's first clients and served as COO, partnering with the CEO across delivery, client operations, revenue and cost. Revenue grew 11x over three years, on a delivery model reporting 80% gross profit.

I owned the 60+ enterprise client portfolio and every renewal, and directed more than 300 cybersecurity engagements. Earlier, I built delivery workflows and coordinated technical client delivery at Nordic Defender AB, FASP Co., Noavaran and Aris Net; my work spans operations and a decade of hands-on technical delivery.
