What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or customer service role where I can coordinate teams, guest services, rotas, suppliers and facilities while improving reliable day-to-day service.

I am an operations and coordination professional based in the Zürich area, with valid Swiss work permission and immediate availability. I speak native Spanish, and advanced/C1 English.

I have experience managing daily operations for a 100+ guest facility, including teams, rotas, suppliers, purchasing, inventory, maintenance, documentation, and health and safety. I have also worked as a Shift Manager in fast-paced food service, coordinating staff, stock, deliveries, hygiene, and opening and closing procedures.

My background also includes administration, customer service, social media, events, theatre production, backstage work, and scenic construction. I am organised, reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

I am interested in operations, administration, logistics, inventory, facilities, supplier coordination, events, production, content, and practical support roles.
