What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Resources professional with 3+ years of experience supporting business needs through HR operations, recruitment, and improved departmental efficiency. I bring a strong track record of using my communication and organization skills to keep HR work reliable, measurable, and employee-focused.
In my current role as Assistant Manager (HRBP & Operations), I partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned to business goals. I advise managers and employees on HR matters, drive change management, and help identify talent needs through workforce planning and succession planning.
I’m hands-on with employee relations and engagement—tracking and addressing grievance issues, running pulse surveys, and implementing action plans based on feedback. I’ve also designed and introduced a reward and recognition framework to strengthen retention, and I maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance practices.
I’ve managed end-to-end onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including background verification and mediclaim administration. I use HRMS platforms and HR analytics (including Darwinbox, Keka, RazorPay, and GreytHR) to support employee records, dashboards, and HR queries, while continuously improving processes with stakeholders.
