I seek a people-centric HR role where I can apply HR operations, analytics, and L&D to improve employee experience and drive measurable business impact.

I am an HR professional with five years' experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle across education and corporate sectors, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and stakeholder partnering.

I have led HR operations for organisations ranging from schools to large tech firms, supporting recruitment, onboarding, appraisal systems, compliance, and grievance redressal for teams of 100+ to 800+ employees.
