I'm currently handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries at Highered BPO, providing timely, professional support and maintaining accurate Zendesk ticket records.

I've helped users with password resets, account access, and basic system troubleshooting while using active listening and problem-solving to understand customer needs. I collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and improve the support experience.

Previously, at Venu's Gas Agency, I addressed and resolved more than 1,000 customer inquiries and complaints through phone and direct communication. I also worked with customers to assess satisfaction, shared customer feedback with management, and helped resolve staff concerns.

My experience also includes business development at Skillovilla, where I developed customer relationships, provided tailored solutions, used LeadSquare CRM, and analyzed feedback to improve service delivery. I'm looking for an opportunity to work directly with customers and create a memorable experience for each customer.
